okzz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting activities, bonuses, and promotions on the okzz platform. By registering an account on okzz, accessing the site, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on okzz. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use this platform and that you have the right to participate in online gaming and betting under the laws applicable in your area.

2.2 Account Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be true and accurate. If an account is opened with false information, okzz reserves the right to suspend or close the account, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses received will be cancelled. Multiple accounts used by members of the same household or from the same IP address may also be subject to investigation.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the okzz support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on okzz can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. Bank transfers are supported from major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.

When depositing, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, okzz reserves the right to verify your identity. This process may require a copy of your national identity card or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on okzz receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal — meaning ৳1,000 in bonus requires ৳20,000 in wagering.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• If there is an active bonus at the time of claiming a new bonus, the new bonus will not apply.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
• okzz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The okzz VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A cashback rate applies to weekly net losses at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week and applying the applicable rate to the resulting net loss. Cashback is generally credited to the account at the start of the following week.

5.1 General Gaming Conditions

All gaming and betting activities on okzz are governed by both the rules of the relevant game provider and okzz's general terms. If a technical error causes an abnormal result in a game, okzz reserves the right to cancel that round or bet.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments will be settled based on official scorecards and match results. If a match is abandoned or the rules change, okzz will make the final decision on bet settlement.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or unfair methods to play games.
• Collusion or coordinated betting to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

If such activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings or balances will be forfeited.

In cases of any breach of these Terms, attempted fraud, provision of false information, or other serious misconduct, okzz may close an account without prior notice. In such cases, okzz will have sole discretion over whether to return any remaining balance.

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to close their own account may notify the support team. It is advisable to complete all pending withdrawals before submitting an account closure request. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, any winnings associated with that bonus will be forfeited.
