This slot tells a story of Chinese prosperity and good fortune
Fortune Mouse is a five-reel video slot by PG Soft, inspired by China's traditional Year of the Mouse celebrations. The game's backdrop features a festive scene filled with glowing lanterns, red and gold decorations, and floral motifs. Every spin brings mice, roses, ingots (gold bars), oranges, and special Wild symbols across the reels.
PG Soft uses a mobile-first design in their games — meaning animations and gameplay remain equally smooth even on small screens. Players in Bangladesh who use mobile devices benefit particularly from playing this game on a platform like okzz.
How a spin works — from the reels to the reward
Fortune Mouse has 5 reels and 4 rows, with wins across 1,024 ways to win. This means that instead of fixed paylines, a win is counted whenever the same symbol lands in three or more positions on adjacent reels from left to right.
To set your bet, go to the "Bet" or "Coin" option next to the spin button and set your preferred amount. The total cost of each spin depends on the coin value and the active bet. Once the bet is set, pressing "Spin" sends the reels turning; they stop and any winning combinations are calculated automatically.
A Wild symbol can substitute for any standard symbol and helps form winning lines. When three or more Scatter symbols land together, the free spin round begins — during that round, additional multipliers may activate, significantly increasing the reward amount. New Scatters landing during free spins can add more free spins.

Which type of player is this game suited for
Fortune Mouse is a medium-volatility slot. Volatility refers to how often wins come in and how large each win tends to be. Low-volatility slots deliver small wins frequently; high-volatility slots deliver larger wins less often. This game sits in the middle, so both new players with a small budget and experienced players who prefer longer sessions can play comfortably.
In terms of budget — this game works well for those who want to set aside ৳500–৳2,000 per session. You can decide the session length yourself; however, staying within 30 minutes to an hour gives a reasonable chance of hitting a bonus round without draining the bankroll too quickly.
For those trying slots for the first time and wanting to understand how reels work, Fortune Mouse is also a good starting point. Visit the Slots page to learn about okzz's full slot collection.
Some practical tips that are useful before you play
-
Start in demo mode. Many slots on okzz have a demo version. Before placing real money, play a few rounds in demo to try out the game's mechanics and Wild and Scatter behaviour for yourself.
-
Set a session budget in advance. Set aside a fixed amount for each session — such as ৳500 or ৳1,000. When it runs out, the session ends. If you hold back a little after a win, that is called a "stop-win limit".
-
Respect your stop-loss limit. Take a break if you have lost 50% of your budget. Rushing to raise bets or trying to recover losses does not help — it just ends the session faster.
-
Keep your bet size consistent. Changing the bet amount with each spin generally does not affect the outcome. Smaller, fixed bets give you more spins, which increases the chance of triggering a bonus.
-
Take breaks. Playing for a long stretch in one go reduces the quality of your decisions. Step away every 30–45 minutes.

What does RTP mean?
RTP (Return to Player) is a game's theoretical return rate. Fortune Mouse's maximum RTP of 96.96% means that over the long term, for every ৳100 bet, an average of ৳96.96 may be returned — but this is not a guarantee for every session; it is a statistical average.
Common misconceptions many people have
There are some widely held beliefs about slots that are not actually correct. Knowing these makes it easier to make informed decisions.
"If I haven't won in a long time, I must be due for a win"
Every spin is completely independent. A previous win or loss does not affect the result of the next spin. A slot never "owes" a win.
"If I win in demo mode, I'll win with real money too"
Demo mode helps you understand the game, but it is not a predictor of future real-money results. The RNG (Random Number Generator) operates independently in every session.
"I need to raise my bet to recover losses"
Chasing losses is the most harmful habit. Doubling your bet after a loss does not increase the chance of winning on the next spin — it just depletes your budget faster.
"Playing at a certain time of day gives better results"
A slot's RTP or win rate does not change at any particular time of day. The same algorithm runs at all times.
How okzz Fortune Mouse compares to other slot types
The "ways to win" mechanic that Fortune Mouse uses is different from classic payline slots. In classic slots, symbols must match along fixed lines; in a ways slot, a win is counted whenever the same symbol lands on adjacent reels from left to right — making it easier for newcomers to follow.
Megaways slots (such as Bonanza Megaways or Extra Chilli Megaways) show a different number of rows on each spin, which can create thousands of ways. Fortune Mouse's 1,024 ways stay fixed, so the payout logic is comparatively easier to understand.
On the other hand, games like Hacksaw Gaming's Wanted Dead or a Wild or Nolimit City's xBomb series feature more complex explosion mechanics and are much higher in volatility. For players who prefer a simpler, medium-risk slot with a Chinese theme, Fortune Mouse is a solid option.
